Step 1: Wash and dry the bhindi on a clean cloth Step 2: Chop off the head of the bhindi and slit the sides of the bhindi deep but not deep enough to cut through Step 3: In a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee and 20g of Magic Mixx masala and saute for 3-4 minutes. Once done, keep aside to cool Step 4: Fill the masala evenly inside the slit bhindis Step 5: In a pan add 2 spoons and ghee and cook the bhindi for 10-15 minutes or until soft Step 6: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve in a bowl
