Step 1: Wash and dry the mirchi on a clean cloth Step 2: Slit the sides of the mirchi deep but not deep enough to cut through the mirchi Step 3: In a pan, add 1 spoon of ghee and the tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes. Step 4: Add 50g of the Magic Mixx masala and saute for 3-4 minutes. Once done, keep aside to cool Step 5: Fill the masala evenly inside the slit mirchis Step 6: In a pan add 2 spoons and ghee and cook the mirchi for 10-15 minutes or until soft Step 7: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve in a bowl
