Step 1: Soak the chickpeas overnight, then drain and boil until tender. Cool and set aside. Step 2: Rinse the cucumber, tomato, and onion. Once clean, dice them into small pieces, and roughly chop the coriander leaves. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves. Step 4: Sprinkle the Chatpatta Mix over the ingredients. Toss everything together until well coated. Step 5: Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salad for extra tang, if desired, and toss once more.
