Step 1: Wash and soak the Dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended) Step 2: Iin a pan, add ghee and heat for a minute Step 3: Add onions and cook for 5 mins, till the onions turn translucent Step 4: Add ginger and garlic and cook till it turns aromatic Step 5: Add tomatoes, the Magic Mixx masala and 200ml of water and cook for 5 mins on a medium flame Step 6: Add the dal and rest of the water and cook on a high flame, with the lid on, for 15-20 mins till the dal is cooked properly Step 7: Garnish with coriander and serve in a beautiful bowl Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor! Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
