Step 1: Smoothen the curd to avoid any lumps Step 2: In a pan prepare the kadhi by adding the curd, water and 36g Magic Mixx masala and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring ocassionaly Step 3: In another vessel prepare by pakoda batter by mixing the besan, onions and 40g Magic Mixx masala Step 4: In a deep pan heat oil and deep fry the onion batter to make the pakodas Step 5: Once fried, keep the pakodas aside to cool Step 6: While serving, add the cooled pakodas to the kadhi Step 7: In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka Step 8: Drizzle the tadka over the kadhi and stir well Step 9: Serve hot in an attractive bowl Optional : Make and add your own creative tadka with lots of love Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
