Step 1: Boil the tomatoes till soft, set aside to cool Step 2: Boil all the vegetables in 300ml of water till the vegetables are cooked and soft Step 3: Once cooled, mash the boiled vegetables in its water and set aside Step 3: Peel the skin off the tomatoes and blend into a smooth puree Step 4: In a pan, heat ghee and the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes Step 5: Add 15g of the Magic Mixx masala and the boiled vegetables mash and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked properly Step 6: Garnish with chopped coriander Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water
