Step 1: Wash and soak the Dal mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended) Step 2: In a pressure cooker, add the soaked Dal Mix with the spinach, mint leaves, methi leaves, water, and the Magic Mixx. Step 3: Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles, or until the mixture is fully cooked and soft. Let the pressure release naturally. Step 4: Hand blend the contents to form a smooth and consistent mixture Step 5: In a small fry pan add the ghee and chopped coriander, to make a flavourful tadka Step 6: Drizzle the tadka over the dhansak and stir well Step 7: Serve hot in an attractive bowl Optional : Make and add your own creative tadka with lots of love Tip: Adjust consistency to your liking by adding hot water.
