Step 1: Wash and soak the khichdi mix for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended) Step 2: In a pressure cooker, add the khichdi mix, Magic Mixx (from the packet), and water Step 3: Pressure cook for 15 minutes or until 3 whistles Step 4: Allow the cooker to cool and open it Step 5: In a small fry pan add the ghee, add grated ginger and chopped green chillis and sauté for a minute until fragrant Step 6: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the ghee starts to separate Step 7: Add this ginger and tomato mixture to the cooked khichdi and stir well Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander in an attractive bowl Optional: Add your own creative tadka with extra love and flavor!
