Step 1: Open the packet of I Cook Magic Toor Dal Fry. Step 2: Wash and soak the Toor Dal for 10-15 minutes (optional but recommended for softer dal). Step 3: In a pressure cooker, add the soaked dal and 500 ml of water. Step 4: Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Step 5: Allow the cooker to cool and open it. Step 6: In a small fry pan, heat 15 gms of ghee. Step 7: Add grated ginger and minced garlic, and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Step 8: Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent. Step 9: Add chopped tomatoes along with the Magic Mixx and cook until they soften and the ghee starts to separate from the mixture. Step 10: Pour the cooked ginger, garlic, onion, and tomato mixture into the cooked dal and mix well. Step 11: Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
